Introduction of high frequency vibrating sifter
High frequency vibrating sifter uses high-frequency electrical vibration source. The vibration frequency rise up to 3000 times per minute. When the raw materials touch the mesh, because the high-frequency vibration, it can destroy the slurry surface tension and increase the probability of contact between the material and the mesh. Also it can improve the efficiency of the material going through the mesh.
As a single layer sieve, this series products has net type structure, convenient to change the nets, good durability, good slag discharge performance,sieving utilization rate increase, and productivity increased.
The high frequency vibrating sifter is a different working principle compared with ordinary screening device. Because of high frequency , it is able to destroy the tension on pulp surface, make small grain material vibrate at high speed on surface, able to accelerate to the separation of heavy organic minerals, increase the probability of material (smaller than separation degree) contact with screen hole. Thus this unique characteristic has created better separating condition that make the material (smaller than separation degree) pass the screen hole easily, especially the large proportion of grain and slurry, too.
